Just as one sentence doesn’t define a whole book so one day doesn’t define a whole life. Perspective is one of the greatest things we can have. It lifts us up when we hit rock bottom after a bad day. It keeps our feet on the ground after a good day.
No matter what kind of day you’ve had, no matter what kind of sentence you’ve written… There will be other days. There will be other sentences and paragraphs and chapters to write.
The book is not finished by a long shot.
